What Adelphi Has Meant to Others
As a parent of 2 daughters that have been a part of Aiken Christian for several years, I can honestly say that it has been a true blessing.
When my oldest daughter was in the 5th grade the Lord knew my fears and concerns about middle school. My fears and concerns included the lack of God in public schools, class sizes, and so many more. The Lord placed it on my heart to home school. He placed the right people at the right time to help me out. I was introduced to parents that homeschooled their children part-time and their children took classes part-time at the school. The staff really made Kaitlyn’s move from elementary to middle school go so smoothly. By eighth grade, Kaitlyn was a full time student. The school also was there for my daughter Bailey in the same way.
As parents who believe God should not be shut out of school and thinks that classroom sizes need to remain small, you get that and so much more here!
The girls enjoy Bible class, playing sports, half day Fridays, awesome field trips, and so much more that the school offers.
Am I saying that the school is perfect? “No” but any problems or concerns that arise are always handled in a Godly manner.
Kaitlyn will be a junior and Bailey will be a freshman this year. We are looking forward to a new name and a new campus site. God has an awesome journey planned for all of us. We are ready to hang on and enjoy the ride!!!
Going to Aiken Christian School has been such a blessing and a great experience for me. We have such loving teachers and staff that all have a heart for the Lord and have been such an encouragement to all of us. Also our student body is really close to one another and we always have fun whatever the situation, from Mr. Yount's review games to just eating at lunchtime. I've really enjoyed attending ACA and with going into my senior year I pray that our relationships with one another will grow stronger and most importantly, our relationships with the Lord.
